For a restaurant to get a constant stream of visitors despite being hidden in the corner of Panglao, the food must be really good. The main come ons are their flower salad with actual flower petals among the usual salad ingredients and their organic pastas and entrees.

We ordered the Family Platter worth 940 pesos. Included are Herb Penne Pasta, Honey Roasted Chicken, Cassava Lumpia, Cheese Pizza, Mango-Papaya Shakes and their homemade ice cream. The platter is good for 3 people but generous enough for 4. All orders start off with a serving of complimentary Squash Bread and Pesto spread and Mango butter.

Be sure to get the table at the balcony and you'll get a breathtaking view of Pamilican Island and the surrounding waters.

If you can't make it to the original Bee Farm, they also have a branch in Alona Beach or visit Bzzzz Cafes at Island City Mall or at the Loboc River Cruise Port.

If you're looking for a fresh, all natural organic foods, then this is your kind of restaurant. I am a big fan of their seafood lasagna and fresh lumpia. But they have a complete course meal served with brown organic rice and their colorful organic salad. They even have their signature ice cream of malunggay flavor, but my all time fave is guyabano. Their lemongrass juice (tanglad) is the best thirst quencher. I would suggest this restaurant esp.for those first timer in Bohol. They even have a small shop inside the resto as well selling all their organic and healthy products. The Buzz Bee Farm have branches as well in Island City Mall (ICM) and in Galleria Luisa.

The Bee farm now has a restaurant - cafe overlooking the beach. We went there for breakfast, Mango pancakes with bacon and eggs, It was delicious. The restaurant is upstairs so you get a good view over the beach.
Downstairs they sell their large range of products including honey of course and a large range of spreads. Lotions and herbs.
It is situated about 100 meters west of Alona Kew resort.

Ate at the BZzzz Cafe at Alona Beach. Everything we ordered was spectacular. It was a good break from the heavy (yet delicious!) Filipino food we had been eating.

Despite the comings and going of tourists/hotel guests you still get a sense that you're somewhere isolated, cocooned in a little forest by the sea. It had a myriad of nooks and crannies for lounging/ dining or hiding if you may. There were art exhibits/ bakery/ ice cream station/pool area/ souvenir area/picnic area. Who could resist delicious creamy homemade ice cream made from seasonal local fruits and unique cone? it's part of my bucket list and I'm 100% satisfied.
