The villa is part of a "village type" complex, looking very traditional, but is in fact very modern, with all the facilities one could wish for - exactly as detailed in the description. We were a family of 5 - Grandma aged 79, Son and daughter in law, and two girls aged 9 and 6. Sleeping arrangements became fairly fluid as a result- with " Nana" being alloted the double bedroom, children and parents using the second (two beds) room, and the extending - and expanding -sofa bed in the living room. It all worked very satisfactorily for all of us. Grandchildren both said they wanted to stay when it was time to go home, and " best week ever" was one of their quotes. The advice about hiring a car is very wise - from arrival we would recommend, as the drive up to the villa is very steep if you are not young and fit, and unsure about driving up it. The beach is long and sandy, with some interesting rock formations for interest - and fishing from ! There are some good tavernas at the far end of the beach, and a good basic one close by. Roxanne, who greeted us, was very helpful in getting us to a supermarket on arrival, before escorting us, and a taxi, to the Villa at Agios Sostis village. I think we will be coming back again!

The villa worked well for us - comfortable, clean, well equipped, good air con and we enjoyed being able to walk to the beach for early swims and sunrises. My brother and family rented the other villa which was just a few metres away so we were together but with our own space. The villa is in a small complex but we found it quiet and peaceful even when the Tinos winds were blowing.
Our family of five (three teenagers), enjoyed a wonderful week’s holidays in this charming traditional looking Greek home. From the moment we stepped on the Island and met Roxanne with that big smile and the very helpful attitude, it was evident that the owners were determined we will have good time. The car they assisted us to rent was also waiting for us, just outside the ferry.
The villa was spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well equipped in every way (washing machine, aircon etc). It had a distinct traditional feel and was located in a quiet area populated with other also traditional looking houses and very close to a lovely sandy beach. There was a beautiful view from the terrace and was really fascinating to watch the ferries passing-by at exactly the same times every day.
We made a good use of the rented car and toured around the Island, exploring the traditional villages, lovely beaches and interesting shops in town. Did very little cooking (just breakfast), eat out all the time (very cheap) and promised we will return to Tinos.
This was our very first time in Greece and we are glad we chose Tinos and glad we chose this villa.
