Description: Proprietors John & Lynn Bowen, Head Chef Rob Phillips & Second Chef's Liam Sampson & Chris Phare and all the staff wish you a very warm welcome to the Merry Harriers. We have tried to create a warm, welcoming, traditional Pub atmosphere. We think a Pub should be a Pub - not a restaurant. We pride ourselves on providing well kept Cask Ales, a good selection of quality, moderately priced wines and good home-made Pub Grub. We source our ingredients locally whenever possible. It not only tastes great, it helps to support our local community and to reduce food miles. Thanks to our

All staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Food was delicious. All four our party were very very pleased with all our meals including starters. We had planned on pudding but no one could fit one in, having cleared all our plates. Very good value for money. We'll deff being going back a.s.a.p

This is a well managed country pub that is dog friendly and well worth a visit for anybody visiting this area. The Sunday lunch was not very expensive but was good. I would have been happy to pay more for a bit better - but no grumbles. It was very busy on our visit and the service was a little chaotic but the staff were all friendly and everything worked out OK. We'll certainly visit again

After asking work colleagues about a nice place to eat around cullompton, we were told of merry harriers... Easily accessible to Exeter and northbound. Brilliant meal, brilliant service and excellent price... Couldn't recommended highly enough.... Owners were very humble and seemed to enjoy our being there. See u very soon.
