We stayed for two nights and found the whole experience amazing. We had dinner both nights and also drank the vino rosso grown on the grounds. Nothing was too much trouble. We were already thinking of returning in the near future.

We just stayed 5 nights at the place kicking off our Sicily tour.
Very nice private hotel 5-10 minutes outside of Randazzo by car in the old vinery on the north side of the Ethna.
We had a spacious 2 room suite (bedroom with rooftop windows).
Restaurant with some typical local dishes and great own whine.
Very personal and friendly service from the owners and there team.
Well located for day trips to the Ethna or even Taormina.
The kids and us also loved the quick dip in the pool in the morning or the evening.

Three friends stayed for two nights at the end of June in this beautifully located vineyard hotel in the foothills of Mount Etna. From the time we arrived to our departure two days later, we have nothing but praise for the staff, welcoming, friendly and efficient, the exquisite food, I,m a veggie and was totally spoilt for choice for dinner and breakfast, and the accommodation. We would thoroughly recommend this wonderful hidden gem for a chilled holiday. Oh, and the wine they produce was delicious as was their olive oil. We can,t wait to go back for another trip.

We stayed at Feudo Vagliasindi for 2 nights and had a really lovely time. Although it was difficult to get to by public transport we are glad we made the journey. The views of the vineyards, Mt Etna and surrounds were beautiful. The wine was excellent. The food is amazing- honestly the best food we’ve had in our 2 weeks in Sicily. Great pool to relax by. And finally the staff helpful and attentive. Be sure to do the winery tour and tasting, very interesting history of the winery, beautiful wines and delicious local produce to accompany, extremely great value and a great experience. I look forward to recommending family and friends to visit Feudo Vagliasindi if ever in Sicily!

Tip: If coming via public transport, organise station pick-up/ drop-off through the hotel in advance as there are NO taxi’s in Randazzo. And make sure you’ve left room in your luggage to take some wine and olive oil home with you, as you surely will want too!

Our stay at Feudo Vagliasindi was very peaceful and relaxing. We spent our first few days in Sicily relaxing by the pool, hiking the North Side of Mt. Etna and eating like kings in the Randazzo area. Our (non-Etna) room view of vineyards, orchards and mountains was amazing. The hotel serves a good variety continental/Sicilian breakfast and the citrus meatballs at dinner were amazing. We took the old cellar tour and learned about the interesting history of the hotel and current vineyard. Unfortunately we missed the official wine tasting but were able to try one excellent Feudo red and one Feudo rose with dinner. Our only big disappointment was being charged to fill our 1/2 liter water bottles at the price of 3 Euros each. The only other hiccup was the miscommunication about having booked a triple room for two adults and one child. The reservation listed all three of us in a triple but the management seemed surprised when we requested sheets and a blanket for the third bed in the room. Overall I'd recommend staying at this quiet, tranquil hotel.

Room tip: Room 203 was quiet and had a great view of the vineyards, orchards and mountains. (Not the Mt. Etna side.)
