“Perfect in every way”

My journey to this villa started earlier this year when having viewed the villa on the Tripadvisor website i decided to visit whilst I was on Majorca. Prior to my visit I made contact with Josep and asked if he could facilitate a short visit to the villa for me. This and all other communication with Josep was dealt with promptly and with the utmost courtesy. The visit sealed the deal and my full booking was made. This fully air conditioned villa which is circa 8 years old was built by Josep's father and is now, with a number of other properties managed by a Josep. Overview - this is a very well apppointed 4 bedroom (each on-suite) villa, over two floors, with private pool (including jacuzzi) and huge garage (with table tennis table and laundry) in a very quite street at the foot of the mountains at the rear of Puerto Pollensa. The views of the bay from both the upstairs lounge, up stairs patio and pool areas are breathtaking. The Pine Walk is only a 5 minute stroll away, however you have to cross the ring road. This is much easier than it sounds - this is not a very busy road. As you do so you may see some of the wild goats which come down to eat the grass on the road verges. The kitchen is fully equipped and towels were changed mid week, the pool is very well maintained and clean (salts rather than chlorine). In short this is a great villa - I will be back!!

Modern, well maintained, comfortable and fully equipped. We were cycling for the week and the villa had everything we needed.
