“"First and Last all inclusive visit"”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 29, 2012

This was our fouth visit to this hotel as we realy enjoyed our last three visits - what a big disappointment. we decided to try all inclusive as this was the first year that it was made possible. Even though the staff were as helpful as possible, there was not enough of them to carry out the work they were given. We felt like second class citizens as we had to get all our own drinks from a limited selection evan at meal times.

the food was our greatest disappointment. Chips with almost every meal, mainly frozen vegetables with very little selection, fish and meat overcooked and not very warm. A definite drop in standards from previous years.

The rooms were clean but you had to request your sheets to be changed or they would not be changed under seven days!

We have been told that things will improve next year. We hope so as we would love to go back providing the original standards are brought back.

Room Tip: Sea facing rooms on higher floors.

Went on the 17 october on all inclusive basis, the food was excellant something for all tastes, all of a very good quality. Never had such a good choice of fresh fruit before at any other hotel.
The wine was served in carafe's (half litre) and was also excellant,in some other all inclusive hotels we have stayed(even a five star) in you have to go and fill your glass up each time you want another glass from a barrel. We highly recommend this hotel

Room Tip: Ask for a high room overlooking the swimming pool

Just returned from a week at Pollensa Park, our third time there but not been for three years. Sorry to say the rooms are tired as are the bedding and towels. First room offered overlooked dirty roofs and no light. Paid for upgrade to sea view, worth it although the room not much different. We were half board and had enjoyed the food on other stays, unfortunately this time most of the food was overcooked, good meat and fish spoiled. Plenty of everything and nice staff, but food so disappointing.
Pool still good with new chairs added, entertainment varied and some good musicians. Good location, need to update rooms and look at food, the presentation good as ever.

Room Tip: Get a room with sea and pool view, from fourth floor up.

Dear Customer

Many thanks for sharing your opinion in Tripadvisor. It is very pleased for us to learn it has been your third time in our H.Pollensa Park but we regret to hear this time has not been as before. We take this opportunity to inform you and other clients about some reforms which they are going to be done this winter in order to keep improving and satisfying to all our clients : improvements in the main facade , new floor with new tiles in the Hall and lounges and we will end up with the process of reforming all the rooms started a few years ago. All rooms will be refurbished but the clients must know about the segmentation to book at their best convenience: standard room, sea view room, sea and pool view room.
We want to keep improving year after year and we intend to meet all the expectations of the clients.
For all of this we would like you to consider about coming back again to give us a new opportunity to please you.
Best Regards.

Went to stay for a week on 9th October, hotel was great. REALLY clean and as we were all-inclusive there was a great range of food and drinks avaiable. All the staff were very friendly and the evening entertainment was also ok (also good at Palms bar opposite hotel). I really liked the situation of the hotel at the best end of the beautiful sandy beach, away from the main hubbub of the town but well within walking distance. Good bus service to other resorts. The spa was small but also very nice, look around for all that it offers as they are a bit hidden away.
Finally, we were let down by our return transport and the hotel very kindly paid for a taxi to the airport for us. WHATMORE COULD YOU WANT/

Room Tip: Ask for a high level room with a sea veiw.

My wife and I have just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel which was recommended, well
we were not disappointed, we stayed half board(a first for us usually staying self catering) and found the food excellent with a variety that should suit all tastes the hotel was very clean the staff friendly there was entertainment laid on each night no complaints from us certainly,
even arriving late evening (10pm) there where sandwiches laid on for late arrivals(free)
we would certainly consider staying here again.

Okay ,this is a mainly family orientated hotel but friend and myself(both 60+)had a wonderfull holiday here earlier on this year.Pool a bit crowded with the inevitable towels on beds but we preferred the sunbeds on the large grassy areas under the palm trees.Interior lovely and spacious with quite classy furnishings. Entertainment was excellent and catered for all ages and tastes. Weather dependent it was held around pool area or inside withplenty room for everyone which was great. We were only booked in for bed and breakfast (which was plentiful and enjoyable) so

cannot vouch for any other meals. Excellent location on the quieter end of resort, two minutes from the nicer part of beach and not much further to resort center. We will be back!

Room Tip: We omitted to request a balcony believing all rooms had one so what a disappointment to find our ro...

Just back from a weeks holiday in the Pollensa Park and Spa hotel, on 9th Oct. We had a wonderful time and Leslie, Andy, and Flo, if you are reading this you really did make our holiday very enjoyable.
The Hotel was lovely, the only complaint we had was our room, basic size, not very clean,we had to complain about the towels which had holes in them, shower gel and soap not replaced every day and floor not cleaned every day. Apart from all that, for me the food was good, staff were friendly, bar staff fab, and great entertainment every night..
If you are looking for sunshine on your balcony most of the day, ask for a room on the back left hand side of the hotel overlooking the pool and sea., our room was no 741 which was overlooking the pool and sea but not a lot of sunshine on balcony due to shape of hotel. Beautiful beach just a short walk away. Overall I would recommend this Hotel and would return again.
We only paid 500 euro for 7 days which we thought was great value, other people who paid
a lot more did not think so.
