I stayed at this hotel on the 22nd June for 10 nights with my partner, what can I say it was just perfect.

Firstly the hotel itself; The staff at the hotel were brilliant, really friendly and made a real effort to remember your name and what you were up to. Jose and Rosa in particular are a real credit to the hotel. My Partner had his bike with him and we were given a ground floor room without even asking which was really handy! The room was very spacious and faced away from the pool which was nice as it is a very family orientated hotel and the children seemed to be very early risers! We were on a self catering basis and the facilities in the room were basic but were enough. Without asking the room was cleaned every other day and on a few occassions everyday. You had the option to eat in the hotel but I couldn't comment on the food as we ate out every night. The hotel and pool were always clean and there was free wifi in the reception/bar/pool areas!

Location: The hotel is literally a 5 minute walk to the beach, if that! The beach always had free sunloungers, to be honest we spent most of our time down at the beach as it was so relaxing and the views are amazing. You are about a 30 minute stroll from all of the main bars and restaurants which is great after you have had a big meal and need to walk it off! If you are into your fitness there are also some pretty great roads to run/cycle on that take you into Alcudia and Pollenca, right along the coastline, the views were spectacular.

Entertainment: The hotel seemed very children focused so I would definitely suggest travelling here as a family, however there was some entertainment on for adults. Again I couldn't comment as we were out of the hotel every night but I never heard any complaints about it! There are so many different restaurants available if you walk into the town itself and the prices aren't bad at all. If I could suggest doing anything while your here it would be to go to the markets that are on In the main square on Wednesday in Porte Pollenca. As well as the Sunday market that is on in the old town of Pollenca, they really are fab! If you do go to the Old town of Pollenca walk up the stairs to the Church you can see for miles, its breathtaking! Its alot of steps but its worth it. The old town of Alcudia is definitely worth a visit too!

Overall we had a fantastic stay and we would most definitely return in the future.

Room Tip: Ask for a room that isn't facing the pool as I think they would most definitely be noisy.

Wasn't too sure about this hotel but straight away we found it to be to our liking. Staying there for ten nights self catering with my husband and my disabled mother-in-law and origionally booked for self-catering we upgraded to half board on our second day. Yes the food was a bit repetative but it looked and tasted lovely, there was always something to eat as it was a buffet for both breakfast and dinner even my mother-in-law who is picky eat and said the food was fine. Rooms were big(ours had a pool view) ,clean, no kettle but put a pan on the ring! There's nothing to complain about maybe a tiny bit dated but hey what more do you want for the money you've paid.Staff very friendly and helpful at all times even letting us take mams breaky up to our room.Only a short walk to the beach,a spar/bakery and restaurants, the centre of puerto pollensa took us about ten to fifteen mins but was a lovely walk.Only small complaint is the entertainment needs to have more.

Room Tip: Ask for a second or third floor pool view room on the left side of hotel from the reception you get...

My partner and I have stayed here for the past two years and on both occasions we have had a wonderful experience.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are basic but only what you would expect for the price. The rooms are clean and you have everything you need to self cater.

As we both love the island and resort we will stay here again when visiting.

myself and my partner stayed at Bahia apartments June this year. We arrived very late after a delayed flight from Gatwick. We were given a key to a ground floor apartment over looking the reception desk!!, which we were not over joyed about, when we booked our holiday an upper floor room with nice view was requested - however the following day we approached a very jolly man on receiption, I think his name was Joshua, who kindly offered us an upgrade (at no extra cost !!) to a family apartment over looking a magnificant mountain. (so it does pay to complain from time to time) - the room was huge, very clean with everything to hand, (apart from a toaster and electric kettle) - however that didnt spoil our stay.

We visited the inhouse supermarket, but it was very basic - however just under five minutes away we found a Lidl super market, which is brilliant, it will halve your shopping bill if you intend to cook (and drink !) in the apartment - well worth a finding.

All in all the holiday was lovely, we hired a car from (H) based just outside Palma - but dont use them, the service was absolutely rubbish - attitude rude, no proper directions given to either pick the car up or return it, so you end up going around in circles trying to find the place !

Majorca is a wonderful, beautiful island, very clean, green and historic - will definately go back again.

Room Tip: Higher floor

I stayed here alone for a week in june .i had booked the trip last minute other family members were at a hotel 5 mins away .i felt very safe here and found all of the staff very friendly and welcoming .
The room was spotlessly clean and spacious .i used the onsite supermarket a couple of times for bread , water etc .there is a spar on the seafront which sells a very good range of things and has a lovely bakery .i did nt eat at the hotel as i was self catering but the food usually smelt lovely and the menus looked good .
Free internet available in reception area .€10 deposit for a tv remote control .
My room was facing the front of the hotel over reception which was lovely and quiet and caught the sun in the afternoon .
The pool looked busy at times .there was a programme of entertainment for the week .i did nt go to any but it was nice to know the option was there . Very short walk max 5 mins to sea front lovely clean beach , i usually went after 4pm when it was a bit cooler .
Its about a 20 min walk to the right to the harbour which is a nice walk along the seafront
, lots of nice places to eat and drink .go left facing the sea after a short walk you come to 3 restaurants , the 3rd one whos name escapes me was usually very busy , we could nt get in but i did go there for coffee twice and sat looking out to sea under the shade of a tree .the bus to alcudia old town is 1.5 € and worth a visit .pollensa is also lovely with cafe s at the bottom of the calvery steps , the 365 steps are worth the effort to climb for the little church and the view from the top .
Postcards , stamps , guide books , maps , books on sale in reception should you want them
Lovely hotel i would definitely go back and recommend to others

Room Tip: If you want a quiet room ask for one not overlooking pool

We stayed here from 8-18th June and had a fantastic overall experience. From the very friendly helpful staf to the superb weather. We have stayed in self catering apartments on countless times, in many different countries, and can honestly say this was our best ever one! The rooms are spotless, with very good maid service and the onsite supermarket was a godsend. yes, of course, it was slightly more expensive, but in the terrific heat it was great not to walk carrying heavy water ect, so well worth the extra. The beautiful beach is only a short stroll away, and the resort itself is stunning! cant wait to return.

Room Tip: take a travel kettle with you as hob one takes ages to boil. Higher floors have bigger balconys.

We stayed here in June this year and had a very pleasant week. We did not eat in the hotel but used it as a base to visit the area for which it is ideal. The hotel and rooms are especially clean and the staff are all 1st class. Pool can get a bit busy but just walk the 200m to the beach and hire a sunbed for 6 euros a day, with toilet and changing facilities on hand and right next to the shop (Spar!). There are lots of great places to eat in town but go into the back streets, do not stick to the esplanade, bus to Alcudia old town is only 1.5 euros are worth a visit.

Room Tip: Go for a pool view
