We spent 10 days here and it was great. So peaceful. Clean and well equipped apartment. Restaurant was a bit basic but we didnt really use it. Apartments were cleaned every other day. And great joy....there were enough sun beds for everyone! The first few days we thought we had our own private pool it was so quiet. There are 3 apartment blocks. if you are looking for quiet ask for blocks P-S. This block is furthest away from the kiddies pool and the entertainment. It is a wee bit out of town.....about 10 - 15 min walk but the walks are quite pleasant... dont use the main road take the quiet residential roads.

Room Tip: ask for blocks P-s preferably P & Q.

My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at these apartments. We had a two bedroomed ground floor one, it was clean and although our toilet flush broke one morning it was fixed within 20 minutes of reporting it. The staff were all helpful and polite. Our terrace opened onto the pool area, there were always plenty of sun beds and the pool was beutifully clean.

I stayed at the Habitat Apartments with my son recently for a four-night break. I was pleasantly surprised. We had a one bedroomed twin apartment on the top floor. Everything we needed was provided for. There is also a handy wet room to dry swim suits and towels. The complex is well-planned having a pool for each set of apartments. luckily we were on the quiet set at the back, furthest from the reception area. The reception staff were very helpful. The big Euroski supermarket is less than 10 minutes walk away, just at the next roundabout and the walk into Puerto about 15 minutes along the main road. There is another route to the sea-front by taking the road opposite the Habitat road. This way is quieter and would be better if you had children. The Spar supermarket across the road. We walked through the mountains to Cala St Vincente one day. There are directions at reception. It was a lovely walk of about 1 1/2 hours. We also hired a car and drove to Alcudia, lovely old town to visit, and to Formentor beach- look out for the 7 euro car park change even at 3:15pm. There is a bit of parking by the road, but I was afraid I would go too far and not be able to turn around! The beach is lovely and well worth the trip. We didnt use the hotel entertainment or restaurant. The worse thing is that a main road runs beside the complex but it didnt cause us any bother.

Room Tip: Choose a room at the far side. The bottom floor rooms open out by the pool, but it was very quiet w...

clean and basic, on the verge of being shabby though, wardrobe door didnt shut, furniture marked and scuffed and blackout curtains torn. Pool area ok, but never tidied and the pool wasnt too clean. The smaller bedroom in our 2 bed apartment had 2 singles crammed in, lucky there was only one of us using it, it should have been a single room. We wont use again but mainly due to the location.

Just returned from Habitat this morning. Apartment was big, clean and well equipped. Toaster, kettle, hot rings and microwave. Not that i used them all. Lol.Was very quiet while we was there which was great. Plenty of sun beds any time of the day. Beach was 20 mins walk through the rersidential area. Great restaurant on the way called The Golden Lion - very good food (espeically the chicken) and bargain prices. 3 course BBQ meal(mixed grill) and drink for 14.75 Euros.
12 Euris to hire 2 sunbeds and umbrella on beach. Beach was lovely sea was warm. Had lovely weather.

Room Tip: All rooms were quiet but we had one looking on to main pool. The other pool was quieter in the day...

We took a last minute week away to the Habitat for half term. A friend had recommended Port de Pollensa as a resort and we found this hotel on the On The Beach online holiday site.
Arrived very late on Sunday and awoke to a rather cloudy and windy day. Disappointed but bouyed up by the very friendly staff, especially Carmen and Iban.
Our room was very well equipped which was good as we had intended to do a lot of cooking and save money by not eating out; because of the week pound and things being generally expensive everywhere we noticed that Mallorca was not cheap.
The apartment was very clean and was visited three times in the week by cleaners; you would not want any more as they did such a good job.
Despite the hotel being on a main road and by a roundabout it was very quiet, our evenings only being disturbed by the 4 star Duva spa hotel behind the Habitat which laid on entertainment every evening from about 9pm.
Over the road there are a couple of bars in addition to the bar and restaurant in the hotel, and a general store which is quite expensive but useful for a vital bottle of milk or bread or sun cream!
There is, however, a very good supermarket called Eroski which is a 10-15 minute walk away towards Port de Pollensa town itself.
The beach is beautiful, one of the most pleasant I have ever been on, and is a short 20 minute walk away. The water is clear, shelves gently, is full of fish and has beautiful white sand.
The apartment comprises a bedroom with twin beds, a living room/kitchen area with table and four chairs and two settees which both double as beds.
Each apartment also has its own balcony. We were on the first floor and overlooked one of the 2 pools in the complex.
The weather improved hugely over the week and we have very good memories of a wonderful stay. Would definitely return.

just got back from a half term break at the Habitat - usually stay at Villa Concha but left it too late to get in there. Apartments were surprisingly good - well equipped separate kitchen with drying room out the back handy for beach stuff, towels etc. We had 2 bedrooms and a large balcony. The bathroom was small but modern and it was very clean - fresh towels every other day.

Pool allocated for kids was very deep - my kids are 8 and 11 and couldn't stand up. The pool designated for adults strangely had a shallow end. Kids enjoyed it regardless - and there is a small very shallow pool for toddlers.

there is road noise that you get used to - but isn't great when sitting on the balcony.

Walk into town nowhere near as long as we expected - go straight over at the round a bout (with goats and chicken field on your left) and you will find a much quicker nicer route to the beach and front, much better route than the main road.

Overall - good for what we paid.

Room Tip: all the rooms seem to overlook a pool - we stayed in 22 and had nobody walking past us, so nice and...
