“Best family restaurant in Port de Pollenca”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 15, 2012

We went here twice and had the house rabbit paella and the fish paella. Proper unctious stock and the rice was perfect, nice perfectly cooked fish, not the rubbery stuff you usually get. Kids meals do the job and, they get a lolly. You need to book for an outside table, earlier in the day is fine to reserve one for around eight. Bill for two adults and three ninos only about 40-45 euros, much better than the rubbish around the market square.

“Great restaurant - full of locals - good sign”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 12, 2012

Had tapas at this super place on Sunday lunchtime - excellent, but then wished we'd had the paella, since almost everyone else was eating it and it looked amazing.

Luckily, they were open and served paella Sunday evenings also, so we went back later and it was really great.

The staff were lovely too - hope their success continues, as they seem to have full tables all the time.

We had a lovely affordable meal in the street eatery a few weeks ago
Nice atmosphere, relaxed staff, generous portions and a glimpse of the water (just!)
Highly recommended

“Great value at this genuine local family run restaurant”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 17, 2012

Like many other reviewers, I and my family are repeat visitors at Can Ferra. The food is always freshly cooked, local produce and reflecting a traditional Mallorcan cuisine. As others have mentioned, there are a number of 'specials' that need to be ordered - our favourite is the roast leg of lamb which is carved at your table in great style. There is always plenty left over which they are happy to package up for you to take away. Don't be put off by the house wine at just 6 euros a bottle (or 3.80 for half litre) - it may be cheap but is quite acceptable.

There is always a buzz and happy atmosphere around this restaurant and it has become one of our favourite haunts in Puerto Pollensa.

The restaurant is closed in the winter - normally opens the 2nd or 3rd week of March through to end of October. If you are going out-of-season it is worth noting that there is no outside seating. The limited room inside means that at weekends, reservations may be needed. They also have a varied and good value 'snack' menu at lunch-times.

Really good food especially the Sole and they do the best chips around !
