What a great name for a Sunday roast and what a great roast this is by far the best in Port de Pollenca, the food is superb and the staff take some beating for friendliness, attention and to detail, you always get a smile and a friendly conversation, nothing is too much trouble, a must is the Cappuccino crème Brule, which is served in a coffee cup and is truly scrumptious.

Have been here every year for a roast for the last 3 years.

We went to Hells Kitchen in great anticipation during our recent holiday to Port de Pollensa, having eaten there many times previously but not, in fact since 2011. How disappointed were we that the quality of the food had deteriorated so much in that time. It used to be full of flavour, well cooked and well presented and real value for money. Unfortunately, it is now none of these. We all chose from the 3 course set menu. My partner and I had house pate - nice enough but that's all. My daughter had the soup which was lukewarm and watery. I then had the Thai green chicken curry which I had so been looking forward to as previously it had been hot and spicy and really enjoyable. This time it was watery, bland and contained just 4 pieces of chicken. My partner had the ribs. They were cold and the sauce lukewarm and were most unappetising. My daughter had pasta which was far too creamy and again lukewarm. When we tried to order puddings, there was no chocolate mousse left - yet there were only 3 other tables in the restaurant that night and most of them had not even ordered puddings and so we ended up having ordinary and not that good ice cream. The whole experience was so disappointing and to add insult to injury the chef who was, indeed, as another reviewer has commented, scruffy and unkempt, sat outside smoking on several occasions between "cooking" the food. This place has definitely gone down hill and I would say avoid it as there are definitely better places to eat in the Port.

Hells Kitchen turned out to be the best restaurant to visit for a top quality English cooking in Port de Pollenca. Outstanding food, great friendly service and reasonably priced. Don't forget to try the Calfs liver and Apple Crumble :-)
