This is a good place to stay if you need a stopover near the airport or have an appointment in the nearby business district. Otherwise you are stuck in an urban jungle with nowhere to walk. The room was fine, breakfast was good and the cafe was pleasant. The offer free wi-fi for half and hour and then €2 per hour - which is good. The big problem is at the front desk where they take ages to process any kind of transaction. Even with four people on the desk they could only handle two guests at a time and there was long queue. One receptionist was always on the phone and another just focused on paperwork. Very poor service.

We really did only use this hotel for the purpose it was probably built - a quick one night stop-over near Linate Airport back in August.

What was annoying was the fact that we chose it over a centrally located hotel because of the free courtesy bus to and from the airport. What was not clear when we booked was that for a period of a few days in August, the service is suspended completely due to Italian holidays - which resulted in a 25€ taxi each way to get to and from the airport.

The room we were allocated was decent enough. A bit old fashioned by usual Crowne Plaza standards, but it was comfortable and the bathroom was more modern.

We went to the bar for a few drinks and got charged typical airport hotel prices (i.e. a lot). None of the advertised Ice Machines seemed to be available on any floor - I suspect they had been removed long ago.

Breakfast the following morning was very good - plenty of choice and good quality food on the buffet. Nice coffee, too.

Overall, we were glad we got the hotel free using our Avios/Airmiles points but having to pay for taxis in lieu of the free shuttle was annoying to say the least.

Stayed here many times and always fails to impress. Rooms are very dated, new checkin system meant a 20 minute wait to process a quee of 2! Breakfast at 20 euro is way overpriced and restaurant not great. If doing business at Eni it's a 2 minute walk so on that basis location is excellent for this purpose only. Airport shuttle bus is a useful feature I didn't know about until about my 10th visit it leaves every half hour or so from door 4 departures linate.

This hotel is only 3 minutes from Milan Linate airport, which make it quite conveneient and the rate was very good. Overall it was OK but not up to the US versions of the Crown Plazas that I have stayed in.

The hotel is an older property that has been spruced up a little bit and is OK but not a normal Crown Plaza (but neither is the one at Malpensa airport) and is adequte for a short stay. The room was pretty nice but temperature control was almost non-exisitent and had to open the window for any cooler air.

There are only a few restaurants and they are a good walk from the hote so car or taxi is necessary. Did not eat at the hotel so I cannot comment.

Check in and out was fast and the personnel are quite friendly and gave me a minor room upgrade for being platinum level..... did not make much difference though.

The wi-fi only gives you 30 min free and then they charge

I stayed here because I had a nearby business meeting, other wise there is nothing near by.
Check in was OK, but the room was hot & stuffy. Fiddling with the control on the wall just changed the noise & did nothing for the temperature. On investigation opening a window I found a variety of dead insects on the frames, these had been there a while, also the window handles have been removed! In the end I asked reception if anything could be done, they offered for me to change rooms, but I hate that as when you're settled it is a real nuisance. So we agreed they'd open the windows. They sent someone up & they opened the windows. Unfortunately Italy in October has evil biting mosquitoes & they came in in droves. Although the temperature was better the insect count was not. So I asked for the windows to be shut & although the kept out the insects the temperature was pretty hot.
The bathroom was pretty small, adequate but very compact.
At breakfast the whole area was again very warm, making the whole stay a pretty uncomfortable experience. I suspect if I'd changed rooms the new one would have been just as hot. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, although the fruit selection was a tad limited.

Room Tip: Try for a cooler one!
