Hotel is a few minutes from Milan and in quiet location. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean well maintained. Very rich breakfast with fresh seasonal fruit.
Overall, a four star hotel ideal for business traveling.

We stayed here for 5 nights and at first we were not sure about the hotel as decor a bit outdated and the hotel is very 70's. However from the moment we checked in the attentiveness and help from the staff was superb. On the first afternoon they helped us with directions to the metro station and had some tickets we could purchase. Later that afternoon we arrived back and decided to have a sleep, however our room was very hot, so opened a window. Big mistake! A few hours later our room was full of mosquitos and we had bites. My husband went to reception and the staff were brilliant. An hour later after the staff had sprayed our room, all mosquitos gone. What would be helpful is if the hotel had a sign about the mosquito problem so you don't open a window? The aircon was in use in the hotel but switched off in the night as not peak season. Perhaps some fans in the rooms would be good? We ate in the restaurant twice and the food is superb. A special thanks to Lucia, one of the staff for excellent service and good humour. Breakfast is a joy with plenty to choose from and gorgeous food! The hotel is in a quiet area which was lovely after the hassle and bustle of Milan. There is a supermarket next to the hotel and the walk to the metro station is a pleasant 15 minutes walk on the flat. Finally what makes this hotel so brilliant is the wonderful staff, thank you all for a great stay. We will be back!

We decided to stay here for two nights as we were visiting people in this area. The hotel has plusses & minuses. The plus side is that the staff are very friendly and the restaurant was very good for breakfast & dinner. Parking was very easy. The down side was that the a/c didn't work and it was too warm to sleep comfortably. So being April, and cool outside, we simply opened the window....but then came the mosquitos!

Dear Mr and Mrs Starman,
thank-you for taking time to review tour most recent stay to us.
Thanks for the good words addressed to our staff. We are sorry for the warm that you felt during the night. Unfortunatally this first days of spring time was really an unpredictable wheater period. two days before your stay the temperature was still cold, after that temperature has gone up. We turn off the cetralized heating system and turn on the a/c. The a/c worked only during the day because During the night same guests complained for the cold! In any case we are really sorry and we hope to have you soon as our guests!

Best Regards

Despite my wife and staying at this Hotel during one of their busiest times the staff and the management could not do enough to make your stay a memorable one, nothing and I mean nothing was to much hassle, this well run Hotel is a rare find, thank you to all the staff and the management for making our stay so very pleasant.

Room tip: The rooms to the south are quite but the Hotel is not in a noisy area.

After discovering the A/C was not working in my room, I notified the hotel. I was told that the A/C is turned off at 10pm. Having woke in the night hot a sticky, I opened the window. I woke in the morning with many mosquito bites. Overall, a very uncomfortable experience.

Having paid a 4 figure sum for a 3 night stay, I find this totally unacceptable.

Despite my frustration, the hotel staff on the reception were very polite.
