Enjoyed the bus sea here. In May it is not too busy. The water is not so deep, so it's nice for children. And not only rocks here. Somebody comes to take orders for drinks.

This beach is a long walk from main area and long slope/steps down from the road, not for anyone with mobility problems

This is a really nice beach with nice sand both below and above the water. It is suitable for children, since it is not getting deep quickly. There are a couple of tavernas available. You can rent sunbeds and if you're lucky there is even a shower available. When we were there it wasn't too crowded - very pleasant place to stay.

I think that I've found the best beach of the Samos. We have visited Livadaki (Which has highest ranked beach in the Samos for TripAdvisor), Dorrysea Hotel beach and quite a few.
It has sandy beach, clean sea. You may see the fishes right on your feet.
If you want use umbrella and seats it is 5€ for one set (2 people)
It is nice, quite and people are very friendly.

PS:Google Map shows wrong location for Psili Amos Beach. TripAdvisor was right. Google Map shows it at north of the island. There is also a Psili Amos town there I believe but beach is not right there.

A very sandy beach with shallow water makes Psili Ammos one of those 'perfect for young families' beaches. Two sunbeds and an umbrella will cost you 6€ for the day and there are a number of tavernas offering refreshing drinks, snacks and meals to cater for your needs.

If you visit mid-morning keep an eye out for the guy who goes fishing to feed the local cat population; he's fun to watch and the cats obviously appreciate him!
