Very disappointing as the room is outdated, wifi doesn't work and there is no parking at all. You have to find a spot somewhere probably far away in the streets. The bed is not for a couple but 2 single beds side by side. The room with a ocean view was facing huge trees and the children's play garden. There is the sea somewhere between the trees for sure...

Give the clasification because the number of services when it started, it is not the way. Give it in relationship of how it is maintained, it is.
Globally the maintenance is poor over all hotel.
The swimming pool bar is not running.
There is not service beach umbrella.
It is not offering towell service at the swimming pool.
The table tennis broken.
The housekeeping charriot was parked everytime (except when it was in use) in our door, limiting our access to the room.
Shower does not keep in his hole.
Bath and towell with foreing hair.
The gardener stuffs placed in one of the swimming pool aisle.
Plus room furniture, remote conttols, windows,.....
The swimming pool deck chair were dirty.
Bar chairs too.
No restaurant service, only buffet.
The reception team was lazy.
No parking available for most of the guests.
The swimming pool was clean and the wairters during breakfast were kind.
The place is nice, far away of downtown.
It is a three stars hotel, price of four. And with a service of two.
I cannot suggest it, ecept you assume yo be in a low level hotel with a high price.

The one positive thing about this hotel is the location, right in front of a small bay. However, it's a 15min walk to the city and the next Café/restaurant.
On the negative side, there are some minor and some major issues with this hotel.
-cleanliness can be improved. Upon arrival we found an old dirty sock and kids-pants on our balcony. The cleaning staff Sid not bother to remove them for three days...
-while the location is good, there is no parking available in the vicinity and the hotel charges a fee of 16.50€ per night (for an empty garage)
-internet is only available for free at one bar in the building, which was not staffed during our stay (in high season). Internet in other areas is charged with 8€ per day, but works only sporadically at best.
-the hotel has a number of bars which remained closed at all times and didn't seem to be serviced for a while. At the pool bar only limited food was available, very low quality sandwiches and frozen pizzas.
-the hotel seems overall outdated and spot-fixed in many places. The surfaces are slippery and the many corners and broken tiles lead to an uncomfortable and at times dangerous outdoor area.
-the interior of the hotel is 30 years old and has not been updated since. Our superior room had a whirlpool that didn't work and fell into pieces when taking a shower.
-the biggest problem of the hotel is the staff: at the reception, one is treated as a beggar and only given rude answers. On multiple occasions, our friendly requests (internet, breakfast in the room) were answered with ignorance and rude, sloppy answers.
-at the breakfast buffet, the staff is almost purposefully trying to be as unfriendly as possible - to the extent that we considered not having breakfast there anymore after two days (however included in the price). When sitting down at a table, the waiters will sometimes yell incomprehensible things in Catalan/Spanish at you for no apparent reason. We observed on multiple occasions how the waiters yelled and rudely treated other guests. The food is OK but not special.

Stayed in this hotel for a week was so disappointed from beginning to end. On arrival we were greeted by a vyoung girl who checked us in we went to our room which had a distinct musty smell with two single beds, went back to reception snd they moved us to a room outside the hotel on the complex, were only in the room ten minutes when a dog which was in the room across the corridor started barking the owners had left him in the room, I did not realise the hotel allowed pets, a fact I was not happy with. After one hour of continuous barking we contacted reception and they moved us again to the room next door to the room we were originally given, which again had two single beds and a musty smell, we were told this was all the hotel had to offer and that they only had double beds in their suites a fact which I was not made aware of when booking, however this was not the case as I saw a double bed in a room four doors down from our room, I asked at the reception but received a cold response. The food in the hotel is terrible a two star standard and we as an Irish couple felt we were not treated in the same manner as the french and Spanish residents. The entrance to the beach area needs to be cleaned up, the pool area is limited with many of the loungers in need of repair. Such a pity as this hotel has potential its location is beautiful, there was a bar upstairs which had free wifi, but the lights in this bar were never turned on the bar was unattended and there was no airconditioing there. The staff in general were impersonal and not really interested in the guests requests it was obvious on looking at the situation that they were under constant pressure, there was one lovely competent receptionist Lea who did at all times greet us with a friendly smile, which was not to be seen from any other staff members.

We enjoyed a few days here. The room was lovely we were upgraded to a suite as had little one with us. Outside areas need some updating particularly pathways and children's playground and outdoor pool was freezing. Breakfast and dinner were tasty buffets with a good variety.
