The initial booking was followed by a confirmation email from the hotel - good start.
Check-in was smooth, efficient & friendly - decent first impression.
The room; very clean and a lot bigger than expected.
Restaurant; service was excellent, and the food even better.

And then there's the staff; without doubt the attentiveness and service was nothing short of fantastic. I've been in some top hotels in my time and not experienced anything better.

I spend a number of days away from home every month, not at the bargain basement end of the market, and this hotel was right up near the top overall and probably hits top billing because of their staff.

Me and my now wife were looking for a venue that catered for what we wanted and lea marston had all of that for a really good price. Plenty of appointments and communication leading upto the big day.
when the big day arrived staff were very helpful could not have done enough for both of us. We were always informed and never left waiting around and everything went very smoothly.
We had a suite for the wedding night and this was very well presented and clean and tidy again staff very helpful and listen to what you would like and not what they think would be best. We are going to return for our first wedding anniversary and have another stay here as we loved it.

Thankyou to all who helped and made our day special.

Myself wife sister and brother in law stayed here for one night on the 19/08/2013.
We found the Lea Marston to be an excellent choice, the rooms were spacious, very clean and extremely comfortable!! The bed was massive!! All the staff were friendly and very helpful, thanks to the receptionist, barman who supplied a ice bucket and ice for a bottle we brought with us, and the waitress who recommended the bucket of chips which were fantastic.
The 9 hole golf course attached to the hotel was good fun and the staff there were exceptional.
The driving range was great as well.
The leisure centre and pool were excellent.
We didn't eat there at night as we had found a gastro pub a couple of miles away that we had eaten at the night before, but people we spoke to who had used the hotel restaurant gave very good reports.

Would we stay at this hotel again? Absolutely !!!

Stayed in a family room with 4 year old twins. Lovely hotel, very friendly staff. Children had a bed each instead of the usual pull out sofa. Nice and clean. Lovely view from window. Children loved the pool. Excellent all round. We stayed here to go to Drayton Manor as our children are Thomas mad however, we spend the day before at the Echills Wood Railway within Kingsbury Park and had a fab time. Highly recommended.

We had a very positive experience at the hotel. We stayed in one of the executive suites with an interconecting room as we have 4 young children. The rooms were clean, comfortable, provided everything we should need during our stay (including a rather yummy box of chocolates!) The staff were freindy, helpful and provided an excellent service - on arrival they gave all the children a colouring pack. The swimming pool was really lovely and we enjoyed spending the whole afternoon there, friendly staff and clean with a relaxing atmosphere. We had a meal in the Hathaway bar which had a good selection, excellent menu for the children. The lamb shank was beautiful as was the crumble with pistachio ice cream :-) the staff were great when it came to alternatives for my 2 diary free children and gave them a wonderful dessert of a fruit Platter and berry sorbet! The beds in the rooms were super comfy and we all get a good nights sleep. The breakfast buffet was full of choice, lovely selections of fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt, pastries, bread, meats, as well as a hot selection. However I do think the continental was the better option. A perfect start before a full on day at Drayton Manor, which was only 15 mins away!
Overall we can't fault this hotel, we would definitely return, the children are adament about that! Thanks fr a lovely stay :-)

Room Tip: If you are a larger family, the suites with interconnecting rooms are definatey worth it to have all...

We booked the Royal suite during our three night stay due to the inter room door as we wanted the children to have a room of their own. We were pleasantly surprised with the suite, and the kids loved the space and the adventure. The staff are great, professional and friendly, and always happy to help.

Excellent place, hope to see you all real soon.

We did get to see the Clampets on vacation this year, and they must have been saving up their pennies to afford a room for themselves and the kids.. Wow, what a sight, like a swarm of locusts at breakfast, as they swept up everything in sight and left no bacon rasher untouched.. The pool experience for the the tribe must have been a first gathering around a water hole, as they whooped and hollered their way through that first sighting.. Personally, watching the young poolside assistant telling one of the older tribe members that they should remove their young from the spa bath due to them being boiled alive was fun.. They looked at the poor lass as if they had been told the sun was never to return.

Room Tip: Spend a little, get the suites.. Ah go on.. you only live once and the kids can afford to pay off yo...

My Mother, Father, Sister & I stayed at this hotel on a visit from Canada for my nieces wedding. We were thrilled with the customer service at reception, the rooms were very clean & comfortable. The chambermaids were very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 2 nights and moved on to another hotel for 2 nights closer to the wedding venue. We booked again for the night after the wedding and were so releaved when we arrived, it felt like we were at home. I would recommend this hotel. The food was also great, we ate breakfast in the nice dinning room & had dinner in Hathaways Bar & Grill. There is also a nice conservatory to eat in. The pool & spa area were also very clean. The grounds are also exquisite. Would love to stay again on my next visit to the UK.
