We had accommodation in one of the many quaint fisherman's cottages that are for let in Gardenstown and where recommended to visit the gardens arms by the locals but recommended to call first as limited space in the restaurant ,so glad we did as Lynn and Dave and all the locals make you feel at home ,food was home cooked and tasted delicious,I had haddock and hubby had the steak accompanied by new potatoes and lardons ,curly kale, beans and cream ,mmmm not had before a lovely combination ,finishing off with treacle sponge and custard, and lots of wine. All beautifully cooked and excellent value for money ,thank you for a great night.
