The only thing worth visiting in this area is the beach, and even that isn't as impressive as is claimed. I'd even say its quite dangerous with small children due to the traffic on the beach. The campsite is run by disrespectful morons who are more than happy to take your money but provide zero service for it. For a site that claims to be family friendly, the noise throughout the night was awful. The site was full during our visit, we were told 350 occupancy, and 3 toilets and showers serviced these guests. You can imagine the ques. Not only is that not practical, they were poorly maintained and supplied. Would not recommend this site to anyone and our experience of the whole area was bad enough for me to vow never to venture to the far north again.
