I think the difference between a Michelin 1 star restaurant and a Michelin 3 star restaurant is only the price. We didn't find the meal to be extraordinary as we were expecting from this 3 star restaurant, and everything was very expensive for what it was. There were many people working in the kitchen (about 15 people) and also serving (about 8). It seems as if the extremely high cost of the dinner pays for these employees.
Unfortunately, we have to say that we were disappointed in our dining experience and that it was not worth the money.
