We rented a car. ( You'll be driving on the wrong side of the street FYI ). ( yes - I am an American )

Drove there and had the time of our lives. Gorgeous scenery, gorgeous weather, beautiful views, great pictures. Absolutely out of this world. Will live in my memory forever.

We walked along to cape of good hope, the scenery was lovely and we even seen some baboons on the way around the nearby hillside. Lovely area to visit

The scenery here is amazing and very wild, no commercialism. We climbed up to Cape Point lighthouse and also went to the Cape of Good Hope. We were also entertained by the local baboons and wild ostriches wandering along the side of the road.

This was our first day in Africa. The drive to The Cape, which is the Westernmost point of the continent, was absolutely stunning, following along Hauk Bay and hugging the coast. We were fortunate enough to see ostrich, Eland, Bontebok, and at the Cape, with a high-zoom camera, we were able to see some seals sunning on the rocks amongst the sea birds. The scenery was simply compelling, the lighthouse being one of the strongest in the hemisphere. An absolutely incredible drive, highly recommend to anyone visiting that part of Africa.

We really enjoyed the views, the weather, and our guide was fantastic. We drove throughout the coastline making pit stops everywhere. We even got a chance to see baboons and ostrich.
