Watch the ripples as two oceans meet. Do watch out for the tortoises on the road and the baboons, dont paddle in the water. Do go yo the lighthouses and cap point

“must visit”
Reviewed April 2, 2013

you can not be in the area and not check this box !

Cape of Good Hope - what a stunning view (and windy too).
you can kill 2-3 hours just walking around and enjoying the view of the sea smashing into the rocks.

very nice rock formation and sunset can be amazing too !

“Take a day, pack a picnic, head to heaven.”
Reviewed April 2, 2013

The drive from Cape Town central is so incredibly worth it as there are great views throughout and other great places to stop at along the route. I'd spend a whole day and do it slow but make sure you arrive with enough time to enjoy all the beauty that the Cape of Good Hope has to offer. Prepare to be dazzled.

“Where the oceans meet”

Lovely place that gives you a little glimpse at what the African landscape may look like. Amazing spot where the two oceans come together. Beware the baboons at the parking spot ;)
