We have been coming to Philo's for a number of years. The main attraction is the excellent thin crust pizza and cold beer. The service is friendly but not necessarily quick. The prices are reasonable, similar to a casual restaurant in the U.S. There was no music when we were there most recently: a Tuesday night in October, but that is fine since we come for the food and drink.
I have noticed over the last several years that the menus are becoming more and more tattered. This is not a big deal, but it does not speak well of the restaurant. The soft drink that night was flat. But the quality of the pizza makes up for a lot.
