What can i say about this amazing hotel that most people haven't already said. I can agree that the rooms are slightly dated (but who goes there to spend most of their time in the room).

Breakfast - being a vegetarian I was really happy with what was offered, a great variety for everyone.

Beach - Exactly where you wanted it to be - on your doorstep. Very clean and very inviting. We spent quite a lot of hours relaxing here. The staff were lovely and repeatedly came to ask if we wanted drinks - saved us the walk to the bar!

Staff - The staff here must be some of the best I have come across. Always polite, always happy to help and always smiling. A big shout out to Gary - He was a Legend!!

No issues for the entire stay and I would be happy to recommend the hotel to anyone. If you think you are going to get the same type of hotel as Barbados then you might as well go there as your expectations will be much higher.

In Tobago this is the best hotel and i would be more than happy to stay here again :) :) :)

Room Tip: Try and book the Ocean view - its amazing!!

This hotel is like something from the 80s all chintz and stencilling and peach/white paintwork. I have been coming here for numerous years with work (no say in where I stay unfortunately) and I can safely say there has been little investment made in the hotel and the owners are still living in the past. The pool area is dirty and the pool itself doesn't have that inviting sparkle, instead it looks like all the kids that swim in it pee in it aswell! On the plus side great location and great service by the hotel staff. I think word is getting around as each year the hotel is attracting less and less guests currently 35% full (fact from the helpful reception staff).

The rooms and hotel were quite dated. The food was so-so and the drinks were poor. Everything was overpriced. The highlight would be that the grounds are beautiful, the small beach is nice and sheltered so great if you have kids or those looking a resort on Tobago where waves and currents aren't a problem. The place was clean, just dated and over priced for what you get. Best if you're looking to holiday in Tobago and have small children.

The resort is on a very nice property. The beach is small and enclosed and if you like to walk on the beach this is not possible. If you want a place where kids can play on the beach this is good.
The pool is nice but quite small. Overall the property needs to be upgraded.
Rooms are clean and reasonably spacious. Bathrooms need to be up graded.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
Breakfast buffet mediocre. Restaurant is average and overpriced.
Internet charges ore outrageous.

Room Tip: Make sure your room faces the water. Most of them do.

+The staff are very friendly and attentive, especially the porters and door men.
+The garden grounds and beautifully kept.
+The hotel was very clean, the room was faultless.
+Daily room clean and bedding changes/towels etc was 10 out of 10 and very clean and beautifully presented.
+Very generous sized rooms with longing area and balcony.
+The rooms have a more authentic Caribbean feel than some other hotels that that try too hard to portray an un-authentic image.
+Generous supply of tea/coffee/sugar in room for those who drink this.
+Comfortable generous sized beds.
+Private clean beach
+Easy access to store bay and Pigeon Point beach (one of the nicer beaches for tourists and makes for pretty holiday pictures)
+Fun and interactive karaoke led by a good singer who took requests and made for a nice relaxed evening of music.
+Delicious cocktails (you don't have to have alcoholic versions)
+Very generous eat as much as you like buffet style breakfast is included in the room price, all kinds of delicious chopped/peeled fruit, pancakes/syrups, toast (meat for meat eaters), juices.

Room Tip: This hotel isn't really designed to keep children entertained - though there is a pool and a pri...

My husband and I and 4 month old baby just came back from Coco Reef, where the staff provided a most memorable vacation. We made several requests of them, including having 2 kettles in the room and a change from crib to roll away bed, nothing of which was a problem. When the baby was sleeping, we requested that our room be cleaned first before the other rooms, which was done with a smile. The grounds are beautiful and the private beach is fantastic. We were celebrating my birthday, and was most graciously presented with a bottle of wine and a fruit basket. Cleaning services are fantastic, and done twice daily. The location is ideal and everything is within walking distance from the hotel. When booking, don't forget to book a full body massage. It was out of this world. It was so good that we booked another one the next day!

Room Tip: Ensure that you choose a room with an ocean view. You would be amazed.
