First of all Torla is a quiet little village that sits at the entrance of Odessa national park in the Spanish Pyrenees and it's surroundings are quiet simply breathtaking and well worth a visit especially if you are in the area and like hiking or simply want a taste of a small Spanish village in the mountains. Whenever I go there I always stay at the Bellavista (meaning "beautiful view) and I'm always impressed with the friendly and attentive service I receive (I've stayed there four times now). It's a small family owned (one star) hotel and the owners have always treated me like a welcome guest in their home. If you're looking for a clean, quiet, friendly little hotel with great views (in the back) you couldn't go wrong staying here. Sleep-wise the beds are what you would expect of a one star hotel and are typical of beds found in Spain in hotels of one stars up to three stars. Indeed the price is a little high for a one star Spanish hotel but Torla is usually full of tourists during the peak season so they are basing the price on the demand. One little piece of advice: if the weather permits have breakfast on the outside patio on the back of the hotel. The views are amazing and it's a good spot to simply sit and enjoy.
Positives: Clean, friendly service, quiet, with great views on the back.
Negatives: The only thing I can think of is the price being a little steep for a one star hotel but that doesn't stop me from staying there.
