Great stay, clean room with an awesome view. Most importantly, the exceptional help rendered by the staff when my daughter was sick. We were moving off when my daughter vomited in the car and we had no choice but to turn back to the hotel so we can clean up. Miki, upon seeing the situation and without a thought, she rolled up her sleeves and assisted us with the mess. We were very grateful to Miki for her patience and assistance rendered in this incident. Thank you again Miki!!

We just stayed here for a week. The one bedroom suite with a mini kitchen and washer/dryer is perfect for us. The hotel is conveniently located next to the lift - the ski shop is on the second floor that leads to the lift 30 ft away and gondola 100ft away. Perfect for family vacation.

We love their breakfast, lunch, apre-ski and dinner menus that have many healthy and tasty options. Though there are plenty of nice restaurants in town, An Dining in the Hotel is one of our favorites that serves high quality food at reasonable price.

The hotel shuttle bus is also very convenient for access to other popular spots / restaurants in town.

The staff in the hotel from the front desk, the ski shop, the spa, the restaurant, the housekeeping are very friendly, courteous and responsive. They helped make our stay very relaxing and enjoyable.

We used to stay in 4-5 star hotels in Aspen, CO and Deer Valley, UT. Ki Niseko is definitely our favorite ski in and ski out hotel.

I highly recommend my friends and family to stay there.

Ki was a fantastic place to stay for our ski trip to Niseko. From when we made our reservations, their staff were incredibly helpful in helping us to arrange ski rentals, lift tickets, and transportation to and from the airport. Everyone we encountered there was very warm and welcoming, and they truly made our stay comfortable. The location is great; it is ski-in/ski-out excepting a very short walk to the Grand Hirafu gondola. Grand Hirafu is the largest of the four ski areas on the mountain with great skiing for all levels. It is also only a short walk to the town area with the majority of restaurants, bars, etc. The onsen were a very nice addition at the end of a long ski day (you can book a private one the day before for no additional charge), and the hotel breakfast was solid. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Niseko.

If you are going to ski. Ki Niseko is the place to go. You are able to ski in/ski out. There is a side exit straight to the mountain. The convenience of not having to carry our gear was great. Very clean and great staff. I highly recommend.

This integrated ski Hotel/ Onsen has quietly beavered away doing all those things for guests on a ski holiday in Hokkaido that most take for granted. Whilst newer hotels have sprung up around it, it has been steadfast in its unique approach to guests and how well do they do it. The power snow may slow but the hotel staff never do. We had a minor booking hiccup and after a little external help our problem was resolved very much to our liking. The hotel staff could not have been more accommodating. The restaurant whether it is is for breakfast, a stop from skiing for lunch or dinner is magnificent and it is just at the feet of the Gondola in Hirafu. The male/ female/ private insensitive have no rivals in Niseko. The deal with Rhythm in the ski room is terrific although we use Harro’s out of loyalty. The views to the volcano are stunning. Don’t be misled by the hype on newer hotels, Ki remains the standard by which Niseko hotels are judged.
