We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. Our room was big, clean and fully equipped. We profited of the wonderful view on the Sunabe point, and its spectacular sunsets. Ideal for diving holidays (we recommend Pedro and Andrea of Aloha Divers).

I really enjoyed staying here - it's the perfect base if you need a hotel room-cum-apartment. The room really does have all the facilities - bedroom and shower as you'd expect, then pretty much a full kitchen, and amenities including towels, kitchen ware and FREE laundry (washer and dryer) on each floor. They offer a free airport drop-off service (8.45am or 10.30am, if memory serves). WiFi works well throughout. Walking distance to many different bars, restaurants, stores etc. Gorgeous view of the Ocean and epic sunset! Hard to beat this place for the price....

We stayed in this crapy hotel for 2 nights
It was very dirty and noisy
The entrance to the rooms is cubersome with doors and tight elevator.
Very old and depressing room for 100 euros per night
Do not go here...beach is not close by...taxi ride for 10 minutes.

Stayed here specifically for diving and snorkelling, so an ocean front hotel was perfect. What I didnt realise until check-in is that the hotel is actually one of many buildings, so the photo you see may not be the hotel you stay at. Mine was 5-7 minute walk away (there is no free shuttle to other buildings).
The building is quite safe and secure requiring a pass code to enter the building, a big plus.
Elevators travel to all levels, mine was floor 3. The room itself was clean, tidy and very spacious. Large sofa, large TV with open-plan kitchen, dining table & chairs.
Facilities in my room included: Washer m/c (with wash powder), tumble dryer, water heater (not kettle), microwaves, small electric cooker, rice cooker, a single hot ring (cooker) and many utensils and crockery.
The bedroom had 2 small single beds, and to be honest - if you turn in bed, you hit the wall or the side table, I'm not big, but I did find this to be a problem. I didnt find the bed so comfortable, and actually slept one night on the sofa.
Also, be awre, the island is home to a US Airbase, and flights (are noisey) go over/close to the hotel around 7:00am and then return around 6:00pm.
The bathroom is okay with bath & shower, but small bath tub. towels are provided, also shampoo, toothbrush & paste.
There is also a porch (through large double doors), space for drying clothes or just taking in the air.
Good points, other than mentioned, there are 2 free planned shuttles to the airport - but ONLY the domestic airport. These leave at 8:45 and 10:45, and you need to reserve in advance.
Airconditioners (including heating) in every room.
Staff at reception are friendly and go out their way to help. English is also spoken.
The hotel is right on the ocean front, only a small wall/path between you and the sea. Sunset views are particularly good here.
Bad Points: Theres not so much variety with restuarants in the area, and the nearest good shop is over 15 minute walk (south direction). There is a very expensive small shop not more than 5 minutes walk, but I went once - never again.
Plenty of coffee and drinks machines though.
I would certainly return, since the location, price and facilities are perfect for a short break.

Room tip: Ask for a sea view room.

We chose this hotel to go diving in Manza for 2 days, the spacious room was really convenient for us, also the hotel offered airport transfer service, all the staff there were very friendly. In Japan, it is not easy to find such kind of hotel with reasonal price. Only one suggestion, if they can offer more options of the shuttle bus to/from airport, that would be more convenient for the tourists.

Room tip: This hotel offers airport shuttle bus service but you need to book it in advance
