“The Greyhound, a real home from home”
Reviewed March 12, 2013

I have been a Greyhound regular for nearly 2 years now and Ros and the team have always looked after me superbly well. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are welcoming, the food is always spot on and Robert's wine choices excellent. Anyone looking for a comfortable and homely holiday or business trip base in this part of the midlands will not be disappointed.

“Superb”
Reviewed March 6, 2013

We ate at the Greyhound once again and had a siperb meal. The food on the Friday grill night was a real pleasure to eat and I learned from the chef that along with the usual steaks etc they offer a range of fish based on what's available on the day. We enjoyed the mixed fish very much indeed.
The range of wine is very extensive and reasonably priced.
We found the staff to be attentive without being overbearing.
We will definitely be back

“Worth a visit”
Reviewed February 5, 2013

We went for Sunday lunch on the 27th Jan and found the food was great as was the service. This is a lovely old coaching inn and although in the middle of Lutterworth the seating and eating area outside is very attractive, not that we used it this time of the year. It’s well worth a visit and I’m sure that we will eat there again.

“Wonderful food”
Reviewed January 12, 2013

We have been to the Greyhound for dinner several times before and have always had a great evening.
We took some friends out for dinner and the chef invited us to view the food which was a wonderful idea. He talked us all through the different cooking options, and then suggested we could have a big fish platter. We all concurred and having devoured the lovely starters we were amazed by the amount of food, between 5 people there were two platters of some of the best tasting fish we had ever had.
Needless to say we finished the lot and gave our thanks to the wonderful chef and staff.
