My partner and I with two children (7&5) highly recommend this restaurant. The inventive chef and team at Callizo took us on a wonderful journey. The food/flavours kept taking us by surprise course after course (we actually lost count). We had all had a wonderful evening.

We had a 12 course meal at this restaurant, starting with "nothing" and building up to a gorgeous main and desert. If you like tasting different types of food this is your place. We were seated outside with a gorgeous view and the staff were amazing.

We stopped by for a light snack and some vino. The red was good but some of the best white of the trip. The staff was friendly, and let us linger for hours with not pressure. So far, our best place on Plaza Mayor in Ainsa.

We enjoyed our meal here but having read the rave reviews and listened to friends who had eaten here I guess our expectations were too high. The food is interesting and in some places very well done, but other dishes seemed to be overly worked. I think the menu has been the same for some time so it's not as innovative or seasonal as I had expected. The wine list was excellent and at very reasonable prices, the service was a little too quick though, we felt like we were being rushed through despite the place being quiet on the night we went. The rushed service was very unfortunate as there were so many courses we felt we needed a little more time to digest each one. I would still recommend this place as a very interesting place to eat, but not spectacular.

Tasty food. Local products with a creative presentation. The lamb in the 27 eur menu was marvellous. Good wine at a fair price as well. Overall this was a great experience for us!
