Nice restaurant in interesting place with some great history I believe. Only problem I see is a bible instead of menu. How are two chefs working in the kitchen at busy day able to deliver freshly cooked meals if menu has 180 different items to chose from plus you will get "daily" specials of 30 items?
We started with Cabbage soup with sausage and smoked pork knee and had roasted duck with dumplings and poach pear with goat cheese gratin. Food was good, haven't been sure if duck was defrosted but took long. Service ok, it would help if they would be little more attentive.
