One day me and my fiance decided to take a break from the thai food and try paella for two, here. We had to book 2 days before for the paella, but we thought that will worth the waiting, especially because we really like Spain and Spanish cuisine. So, after 2 days we went there and the staff was a little suprised regarding the paella, like they didn't even know about it. Eventually, they brought the paella for two. This was more like arroz caldoso. When we told them that the paella should be more crunchy on the bottom (as the owner himself explained to a previews comment written couple years ago by another costumer - you can see it if you scroll down the comments), they said that they are coming from Valencia and that's how they do it there too. Maybe, they should try eating to La Marcelina and see the difference. We also ordered sangria. This was a very sweet juice and you couldn't feel the wine. They explained that they put orange juice (fair enough, but still, the sangria should have another taste, not like they are preparing it). I understand that it's important to cut costs, but not on their costumers' satisfaction. Overall, we felt like we were cheated by the way they acted when we told them our opinion.
