its was the second time of me staying here. the staffs are helpful. the hotel is right on the main beach. breakfast is good. the room is big and comfy plus a good view. but a little bit of steep walking up and down if you get a room on a hill. the hotel is quiet at night but not so far away from the main area.

Room Tip: Go eat in Walking Street and try some Pancake :)

We stayed here during a dive vacation. Most of the rooms are a bit of a walk uphill, so be prepared for walking. There are golf carts which will take your luggage up when you first arrive, but they will not run you up & down otherwise. The rooms are nice, especially the 'honeymoon' suites, which are quite large and have a nice spa bath in them. During our stay, BOTH swimming pools were all green and nasty looking, even though there were people trying to clean them. No one entered the pool the entire time we were there. They were far too dirty. The morning breakfast was OK - they give you both local and a western version of breakfast. Nothing fancy at all. Other meals were decent. The bar staff were very friendly. The beach out front is very nice, but be aware of the many long tail boats coming and going - they can be very dangerous. The massage hut is only staffed by one woman, so bookings area must. She was good , and offered different kinds of oils, which were very nice. There are many other hotels and restaurants nearby.

Room tip: Ask for a lower level room if you don't want to walk uphill!

A good location at the beach, away from the speedboats and longtails. Still just a 5 min walk to walking street with plenty of resorts & restaurants on the way.

Good and clean rooms.

Room tip: Around the lower pool is good, short distance to the beach.

As we were there in low season we got quite a good price. There weren't too many people at Sita, so we probably got the best of the seaview superior room on the hill(G1) with a lovely view over the resort and the sea. The room was very spacy and had a separate shower and toilet and a balcony with a table and two rattan chairs, Breakfast was nothing fancy but ok. Staff was very friendly. We were picked up from another hotel and after our stay they gave us a lift to the immigration office resp, speedboat to Langkawi. WiFi was free, but the server on the hill (Sita Hill) wasn't working, but the signal for the other access point (Sita Resort) was still good enough. There was of course a TV, but as everwhere on Koh Lipe if you aren't speaking Thai, it's useless.

We went to Koh Lipe on February,2012. ,after tired from our wedding we plan to relaxation there.
We book for Honeymoon Suite, room is quite nice, with Jacuzzi, separate shower,tv flat screen, sofa together with minibar that you can consume all of it in the freeze, the room located on the hill a little walk from lobby but also you can ask staff to drive you to the room, when open the certain we can go out for corridor and see view of the beach.
For resort there is 2 swimming pool, staff friendly and good take care of us.
Hotel is in the good location, convenicecn and beautiful area.

need to improve
1.Jacuzzi not work, we call for engineering for fix but he said will take 1 hour to fix that time we about to check out that why we don't want to wait anymore.
2.Hot water for shower not really hot, when shower need to wait almost hour to let the water hot but still not hot.
3.Spa Staff, look down people i went to ask the price at the beach front but she seems not happy to answer my question, she just point me the price list with unfreindly face.

Room tip: As i Know they have only 1 or 2 Honeymoom suite. For me i appreciate the room.

From Hatyai, we were picked up in front of our hotel and arrived Pakbara after 2.5 hours, sharing a van with 11 strangers. I thought we had to find our way to the ferry but it was not to be. The staff from Sita took our bags and took us to their office a few short steps away. Served us cold water and got us comfortable for our 12noon (delayed from 11.30am) ferry, issuing 2 reusable tickets numbering 1 and 2 (boarding by number). Sita staff also gave us our ferry vouchers for the return trip.

The ferry (actually a speed boat with canvas top) was very crowded, each row seats 3, with a central aisle in between, life jacket draped over the back of the seats, which nobody used except as seat cushions as the heavy rain just before boarding made all seats wet. The trip from the office to the jetty is only a few minutes walk and with 2 heavy bags, we were thankful for the golf cart ride as the driver also took care of handing them over to ferry crew. I think the ferry was over crowded. Good thing was that our bags were loaded and carried off by Sita staff or else the load will be a challenge for me to handle. The boat landed on the beach and were met by Sita staff and were ferried to the resort by a golf cart.

Check in was simple as our arrival was already expected. Our pool facing room is superb. It comes with both an inside and outside shower, free WiFi (they gave you the log in password during check in), room safe, kettle, mini fridge, daily 2 bottles of drinking water and flat screen TV. The bed is king size plus there is another day bed. The room is cleaned daily and you can get unlimited number of beach towels which we did every time we swim in the sea in front of the hotel. Though there are 2 swimming pools in the resort, they don't have a chance at all as the sea is calm and the water is clean, warm and clear.

Good spread at the buffet breakfast and we thoroughly enjoyed the selection.

As we were there in the low season of October, most of the shops in Walking Street are closed but but there are enough restaurants serving good Thai food to keep us happy. There are a couple of convenient shops too (the mineral water cost 2x more than Hatyai but then everything had to be ferried in). However, we were very glad we brought along our torch light as it gets very dark walking the beach going back to the hotel. Be warn that there are PLENTY of dogs and they poop everywhere, including the beach, but don't let that spoil your vacation - we didn't and we stayed 4 nights.

Room tip: Room with pool view nearer to the reception - not far to walk with better WiFi signal. And bring a torch light.
