This was our last hotel in a journey across the Balkans and Turkey - and was exactly the treat we wanted. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful at all times - one of the staff's father drove us to the airport and he was friendly and careful too! But it was like entering another world once inside the front door. The rooms were delightful - white and blue, Greek seeming. We had a balcony overlooking the beautiful grounds - two pools, ancient olive tree, flowers, old pots and pithois, recliners. Food was available all day (at extra cost) and breakfast was eaten outside on a shady patio - all fresh and delicious. It felt as if the hotel was secluded but it was easy walking distance to the town, with it's fish market and attractive shops and cafes. A really great place to stay!

Room Tip: We had an ensuite double room with balcony overlooking the garden.

A little oasis in the middle of a busy town. The hotel is brilliant at any time of year, it doesn't matter if it is sun or rain. During the hot summer months, you can enjoy a quiet time around the pool, and during the cooler months, you sit with a nice cup of tea and a book on the covered patio. The rooms are lovely and the breakfast is a absolutely wonderful. Many people come from outside, just to have the breakfast.

Although the street the hotel is located on looks unpromising to American eyes, once you enter the hotel you forget all about that. The interiors of the buildings and the pool/eating areas are beautiful, the food was very good, the staff was very helpful, and the hotel is just a five minute walk from the main dining/shopping area of Alacati. On the pricey side compared to other places I stayed at in Turkey, but well worth the money. I can't imagine how much a night would cost at this place if it were in a French or American resort town. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: I only stayed in the brown mansion room with the large balcony. It was quiet, the AC worked well, th...

The location of the hotel is nice (3 km to the surf spots), beautiful garden. We stayed in apartment with own terrace. Nice. Problem is that two rooms share one AC - so either you or your kids enjoy AC. For this price level unacceptable and no mention in previous communication - although we booked for four persons. To enjoy breakfast, you have to have a turkish taste. No eggs, no juice - all at extra cost - again, at this price level this should certainly be included. Finally, be ready to give a 30+ minute wait for your breakfast - and tell your kids to like coffee or tea - all other is extra.

I can't say enough about this absolutely charming Boutique Hotel and Staff...The rooms were spacious and perfect for Our family of four. Two beautiful garden pools, that we enjoyed Day and Night.

We visited in Alacati in June for a reunion with friends...we stayed at the Zeytin Konak and we were a group of about 40...The staff was exceptional with handling this large group...always very friendly and helpful with all of our needs. They were very welcoming with sincere smiles!

The Breakfasts were tasty and the food we ordered off the menu was DELICIOUS!

This was Our first trip to Turkey, Alacati, and The Zeytin Konak Hotel...We will be back;)

I can't say enough about this hotel! My husband and I always choose smallish boutique hotels when traveling and this one is by far our favourite! The staff are incredible, the setting gorgeous and peaceful, and walking distance to the quaint village with fabulous restaurants and bars. This was our first trip with our baby and they were incredibly accommodating. Our highlights were definitely the amazing home-cooked food, especially the breakfast! I had a massage from the Japanese massage therapist each day of our stay while my husband kite surfed. Above all, the service was top notch! Each and every person addressed us by name, the rooms were spotless, and they gave us great recommendations of things to do in Alacati. We will definitely be back next summer!!! Thank you for an incredible experience!
