This has to be the best b&b in England. The welcome by proprietor Martyn with tea and homemade cake was exceptional, the room was immaculate and the bathroom was worthy of a 5 star hotel. My wife and I enjoyed the excellent breakfast and we shall certainly be back.
P.S. If you need advice on where to eat in Wroxham ask Martyn

We booked this B & B for a short honeymoon following our wedding as we wanted somewhere to relax. What a great choice. Martyn was a lovely host, greeting us at the door on our arrival and making sure we were settled in our room. We had the Hereford suite on the first floor overlooking open fields. The room was spacious and the bathroom was lovely with both bath and shower facilities. The robes and slippers were a bonus. Ample choice for breakfast with cereals, yoghurts and juices, although we personally went for the cooked breakfast and toast which filled us up for the day. Situated only a few minutes walk from Wroxham Village with easy access to the boating in the broads, bus routes and mainline station to Norwich, Sheringham and Cromer. It made an ideal base for exploring. Would have no hesitation in recommending to friends.

Lovely B&B, beautifully decorated with a fantastically comfortable bed. Great location for the broads and easy to get into Norwich. Martin was really welcoming and cooked a lovely breakfast! Would recommend this over any other hotel in the area.

Echo all the great things other reviews have said. Couldn't find fault anywhere and would happily go back

For the price paid you couldn't ask for more.

Martin the owner has thought of everything and clearly enjoys his job which comes across

Room Tip: Hereford room a good size with nice views at the back

What a gem of a find! An exceptional B&B. Everything to the highest standard. Nothing was to much trouble for the owner, Martyn. It is the little extra touches that make this B&B stand out from the rest - robes and slippers in the bedroom, a great selection of homemade marmalades, fresh milk in the rooms instead of cartons. The Coach Housealso has its own sitting room. Highly recommended.

I'm thrilled you enjoyed the little extras we provide. I've spent 18 years travelling and have picked up many ideas along the way. These special touches often get mentioned and I'm pleased I seem to be doing the right thing. Thank you very much for your kind comments and I look forward to welcoming you back to the Coach House again.

Stayed one night at The Coach House B&B but wish I had been able to stay longer! The Coach House was possibly the best B&B I have ever stayed at and its owner Martyn was the most helpful and accommodating host. The rooms are elegantly decorated with all the mods & cons available (including a vast range of toiletries, tea/coffee etc.). Martyn even offered tea/cake on arrival and came to our room to give us fresh milk (rather than UHT cartons) and filtered water. I would highly recommend staying at The Coach House if you want to visit Hoveton/Wroxham and wider The Broads area.

Room Tip: We had the Hereford room and it was amazing.

I found The Coach House one of the best B&Bs I have ever encountered. The rooms are spotless, beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped with roomy en-suite bathrooms. The breakfasts are delicious and it is worth a visit just to try the home-made marmalades. The owner, Martyn, gives the traveller a very friendly welcome and is an informative guide to this wonderful area of Norfolk. Wroxham is a great area to stay as there is so much to do within a short drive. The Coach House is only a short walk from the river that runs through the centre of Wroxham where you can hire boats to explore the Norfolk Broads or just while away some time watching the boats go by. If you are looking for a friendly, very clean and comfortable place to stay you should look no further than this excellent B&B.
