There was only three of us on the tour, so it made it more private and the tour guide liked us so she gave us each a bottle of wine at the end of the tour.

Although the grounds were not as fancy as Sonoma, the tour was much more hands on allowing us to see the whole production process as it occurred. We actually tasted some of the grapes which I had never done before. I was very impressed with the founders collection wine, it was very good. Definitely worth the half day visit.

I suggest you first do this tour and let the Concha y Toro for another day.
The winery itself is beautiful, the fields are even more beautiful than those of Concha y Toro.
The guide was friendly, knew what he spoke, walked through the vineyards, we saw the fermentation process, in short, a complete tour.
However, the wine tasting is not exceptional and was not as good as done in our tour of Concha y Toro, but I say it's worth the ride, no doubt!

Following the instructions from LJV4848 (March 23 review) we took the public transit option to the Vina. Left Provendencia at 09:30 ($610 per person at this time of day and you can use cash to buy the tickets unlike city busses that require the card) and arrived at the winery at 10:30. $1,000 each for the Autopisto bus (payable to the driver). Next tour in English ($8,000 pesos - credit cards accepted) was not until 12:00 so we walked 100 meters down the highway toward Talagante and had a coffee in a small cafe just past the first (only) major intersection. Might be best to enquire about tour times to make better use of your time. We did not have reservations but that was not a problem. Turned out we were the only two English speaking guests so we enjoyed guide Daniel to ourselves - a university graduate in viniculture. Good tour, not too much stopping to look at stainless steal vats - have seen enough of them to last a lifetime already. We were treated to grape types in the vineyard, the pinot grape harvest arriving, grape, vine and refuse separation, a quick explanation of the fermentation process and a tour of the underground oak storage vault plus a tasting of 4 wines (the wine glasses are a take-away). Winery has a nice sales room and good clean washrooms. This was the best wine tour we had in Chile and we did it on our own. Thanks LJV4848. Same ride on the way back and also caught the local bus (a few pesos less). They come by so fast its hard to see if its an Autopisto or not before you can flag them to stop. At the end of the ride all passengers exited the bus just before it entered the station and walked across the side road to the terminal. A bonus is seeing the Estacion Central building, it is gorgeous and looks to have received some recent restoration work.
