For Japanese travelers, mostly. The hotel is quite dated, but that's its charm. We stayed on the top floor with great view. The amenities cannot be compared to modern hotels but the two onsens make up for it. The onsen's products are very very good. You can actually feel the softer skin.
The layout of the hotel is also impressive, some hidden great furniture items.
Dinner was amazing, with private rooms. Our hostess was extremely polite and helpful. The food was top-notch. Saga's beef is one of the best quality you can find in Japan.
We also enjoyed our breakfast with so many choices to choose from.
