My wife and I spent two nights there as a side trip from Fukuoka. The hotel is not far from the train station but it is extremely difficult to locate. Fortunately we had the help of a local resident when we were no more than 50 yards from the hotel. She had to phone the hotel twice to get the direction from the hotel. The room was tiny and smelly (cigarette). We were told that they did not have any non-smoking rooms in the hotel. The water boiler did not work and we had to wait a full day for its repair. Communication can only be done by Google Translate. There is a small eating area in the lobby but don't be fooled to pay extra for the inclusion of breakfast. You are much better off to walk to the cafe by the nearby bus station.
It is certainly not worth the $140 Canadian we paid for a night.More
