We stayed here one night during a visit to the porcelain area. This was the cheapest hotel during our trip, approx £65, but it exceeded my expectations and did not lack facilities. Washing machine and driers (detergent already in the machine), microwave, supermarket and breakfast. Reception staff friendly and helpful.
The room was small, only one side of the double was accessible but for a one night stopover it was perfect.
The place was full of people, but soundproofing good.
One minute to the station and four minutes to an excellent French restaurant (Bouillon).
It doesn’t pretend to be anything other than it is. The porcelain area is really interesting and I'd stay here again and use as a base, though to note that the Japan Rail pass does not cover the journey to/from AritaMore
