This was a stop as part of a larger tour of northern Okinawa, so the fee was included as part of that package. Walking tour was nice, and the samples were really great! Everything from pineapple cake, to pineapple wine, juice, vinegar, to pineapple chocolate. Much cheaper to buy pineapple products in Taiwan, but definitely a worthwhile stop.

Short tour either by automatic golf cart or you can walk. We walked and saw plenty. It took us about 45 minutes to get completely through it. Wine tasting and food tasting was excellent. You will likely come away with some yummy treats. There is a fee.

I it a supplement to a shopping mall with pineapple products. However, the sheer Japanese madness of the whole thing made the experience enjoyable. From the pineapple song to the fact, that you have pineapple products of all kinds (wine, soap, ...) and almost everything tries to be kawaii but at the same time totally serious. It cost only 600Y, so it is worth a try if you are nearby.

Sorry but this is truly LAME. I have no idea how it gets on so many lists of places to go in Okinawa? There were samples of lots of things, but only to entice you to buy something, which was generally grossly overpriced! Maybe for very little children, but then the whole idea is to buy their products... We also wondered if the pineapples actually came from Thailand, because there was nowhere for them to grow anywhere near this attraction!!
If you paid anything to enter which we did pay $600 yen, it was grossly over priced.. They should just hype it for what it was, a shopping experience, period!! We did buy something that is only available there which was charcoal pineapple soap, but the rest of the attraction was a joke!
Once when there was no one to pour the ' Pineapple Vinegar" they were trying to sell, so we just sampled a tiny bit ourselves and someone ran up and scolded us for helping ourselves. It was crazy!!

there's just no point in reviewing this place harshly. it is exactly what it looks like from the outside. there's beautiful gardens that you tour through on an automated pineapple cart. they are not so big, and the ride is not so long. and then you meander through some exhibits. some of them are about pineapples. there's a display of seashells that i thought was very interesting and beautiful. there's a whole lot of stuff for sale: tshirts, pineapple juice, pineapple cookies, pineapple cake, everything pineapple you could ever think of, and some stuff you would never have thought of. pineapple wine even. i think pineapples are beautiful and delicious, so i was plenty happy with this visit. i think its a great date place.
