Great food choices and expert cooking for the tasting menu paired with wonderful and some slightly unusual wines. I would have awarded five stars except that the lobster bon bon course was somewhat overwhelmed by the level of seasoning such that you couldn't actually taste lobster. Panacotta could also have benefitted from more flavour. But, overall, a very fine dinner with attentive service and I would certainly recommend this as a great choice. Well done all concerned!
