The apartment was very nice with A/C and a nicely equipped kitchen. But the best part was the yard. Beautiful pool and gorgeous landscaping. We spent most of our time in the pool and on the back porch. It was easy to walk to restaurants and the beach. Sarah was very accommodating and set up a ride back to Panama City Airport which was very helpful and saved us a big hassle with the bus.

My wife and I recently spent four weeks at Casitas Coronado in Panama. We found our unit to be comfortable, efficient and well-appointed. The outdoor common areas included several options for both socializing with other guests and for private moments. The casitas were centrally located so that one could walk to nearby restaurants, bars, the beach and the golf course. We actually used a golf cart for getting around.
A special note for a special owner – Sarah Booth. Sarah was most helpful; she arranged our golf membership, drove us to the supermarket, and invited us to hang out with her while she ran chores at her other properties. In closing, we enjoyed all aspects of our stay at Sarah's casitas and would highly recommend them to others considering a Panama vacation.

My husband and I stayed at Sarah's property for five days, and we had a fantastic time. This was our very first trip to Panama, and it was perfectly orchestrated with Sarah's help. I initially thought we would rent a car in Panama City and drive to Coronado, but I am so glad we didn't! Sarah arranged for Pedro to pick us up, which worked out perfectly. Pedro has spent many years in the USA, and his english is very good. He pointed out a few good restaurants in the area, and even took us by the market when we arrived in Coronado so we could grab a few things. We arrived in Coronado around 11:00 pm, and Vilma was there to show us to our place. Our casita was very cozy and came equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was well stocked, the wifi was fast, and the a/c worked wonderfully. We also had a lovely view of the backyard and pool area. A short walk through the beautiful neighborhood will take you to a breathtaking white and black sand beach. We were actually visiting during the off-season, but we enjoyed plenty of sunshine, and we had the beach to ourselves. All of Sarah's casitas were occupied while we visited, and everyone was very friendly. At the end of our stay, Pedro brought us back to Panama City, and then came back a few days later to bring us to the airport. Overall I can say we had a great time here and we would definitely return in the future.

We loved our stay in this cute cozy casita, located in the beautiful Coronado Community. The grounds here are just wonderful, peaceful, relaxing and great perfect gathering areas for conversations with other guest. PanamaSarah is a wonderful host, she is so helpful, We are exploring Panama as a place to live and she has introduced us to many necessary contacts in the event Panama is our choice. Her service and genuine kindness is definitely an added bonus.

It was very pleasant and quiet. Good water pressure in the bathroom at all times as well as hot water. Internet connection is much better outside of casitas. Pool area is very nice to hang out at night since public beach access is way too dark to even think of taking a stroll at the beach to gaze at stars and running crabs at night! So thank God for the pool and nice garden area where you can read, take a dip, bbq, or just enjoy each others company in the evening! Take some insect repellent just in case - it is a tropical country ;)
If you are planning on cooking there are enough kitchen utensils, but if you plan on using the oven you will need to get something to take hot things out of the oven.
Hope this was helpful!!!!

Wow! What a great place! Cozy and quaint but very reasonable. In the heart of Coronado Beach and about a 7 minute leisurely walk to the beach you will love Sarah's Casitas. The facility we stayed in named "Gaviota" (that's Seagull for us Spanish minors) It was plain, but quaint and more than adequate for our needs during this enjoyable stay. It has a well stocked kitchen with one bathroom and a King Size Bed in a separate Air Conditioned room. My wife and I enjoyed sitting outside in the morning for breakfast and had most of our evening meals under the covered porch. Free WIFI covers the entire facility! NOW for the BEST PART>>>I call it..."The Retreat" ! The short stroll to the well manicured Retreat was my daily routine. I was exercising in the inviting and luxurious pool before 8:00 AM everyday but one. The welcoming path leads you to the quite large swimming pool for a 4 unit facility complete with a decorated outdoor shower, There is a enticing waterfall feature and umbrellas with seating areas right in the water to enjoy that cool one. The backyard is a virtual cornucopia of garden pleasures and interesting decor. Things like hand made clay decora, flowering pots, a fountain, bushes and plants of uncountable variety, palm trees, statues and even a Budda. Hammocks, and sweet green Japanese grass complement the delightful encounter you will have in this quiet and relaxing haven . Also a handy BBQ and cabana/bohio for escaping when necessary into the shade. A variety of chairs and a sit down bar enhance your stay when enjoying the relaxing ambiance of Sarah's escape zone near the pool. If it happens to rain for more than 10 minutes,, wander over to the sheltered area where an assorted variety of reading material will greet you with relaxing couches and chairs and an outdoor refrigerator. The location puts you within 6 or 7 minutes of walking distance to Picasso's and other restaurants nearby (just less than 1km).The on site staff (Vilma and others), will attend to your every need and indulgence you with a bright smile 4 times a day! I could say more, but I have said enough! You will not regret a stay at Sarah's!

We travel a great deal and I thought I had done our Panama/Costa Rica reviews from Jan-Feb. Oops! Booking was easy and Sarah was very responsive to our questions. Directions were clear and we found our way to her property easily. Sarah's Casitas is a home away from home. We spent 3 weeks in the one-bedroom casita. Aside from a few minor hiccups totally outside the control of the host, we had a marvelous time and still talk about it today. The backyard oasis is truly an oasis and we spent many a "happy hour" swimming, reading and socializing with the many lovely people we met. The pool was one of the best we experienced during our entire 3 month getaway. Our casita was well equipped with everything we needed. Internet was spotty and our travel router booster came in quite handy. Would definitely visit again if we ever return to Panama.
