Great place. But the owners of the building have put his rent up far to high. He has closed it down. Sad times. Hope he opens up again somewhere local.

I cannot believe all of the glowing reviews for this place? We went on Saturday. The meatballs were processed, the patas bravas were just frozen roast potatoes warmed up with some tinned tomato juice, the lamb casserole was watery and unflavoured. The chorizo wasn't cooked properly and came out a little bit on the raw side! The staff took 25 minutes to bring our bill out, I think they were hoping we would order more dishes, but instead we chose to leave hungry rather than order more slop! I'm never going to anywhere but El Rincon again for Spanish food...

Avoid the obvious (calamari/patatas bravas, etc) and enjoy a great selection of authentic and cooked before your eyes, tapas. Particularly enjoyed mussels, cuttlefish, bean casserole, dates in bacon all with fresh crusty bread. The creme brulee (whilst not spanish) is heavenly.
Been on numerous occasions, always very welcoming with a great atmosphere - even a waiter who doesn't always understand what you want!
1 visit and you will never visit a 'fast/formula' tapas bar chain again!

We've dined here on a number if occasions - very authentic, good for a romantic meal, a family night out or a group of friends.

They also do take away (for the nights that you want to eat in your PJ's!!)
