Love Copper Blues. The food is great and they have a new chef. We had the Beef Medallions with Red Wine Reduction. It came with mashed potato and veggies. The beef was very tender and moist and well seasoned. The portion was perfect with two medallions and plenty of food. The atmosphere is great and you can sit on the patio with live music right across from the patio on the weekend. I would highly recommend reservations.
