Cheap compared to the village, almost half the price for the same in the village. The room was very cozy, separate bedroom, nice full kitchen, electric fireplace which we used and it was great to have your own fenced in deck. There was a small stain on the carpet and the coffee table also had a good size stain on it. The one thing I wasn't too keen on was ,we stayed for 2 nights and no maid service to make the bed and you had to remove your own garbage when you left. I'm guessing thats the reason its cheaper. We were looking forward to using the bbq they have, but found out it was a charcoal bbq at dinner time and didn't have any charcoal, good thing for the kitchen. It was roughly a 12 min. walk to the village and shops. Overall if you're looking for a cheap room, with your own kitchen and you don't mind the walk this place will work for you.

We found this place as an alternative to the obviously more expensive choice of staying in the village... and for that, it was good. We had a "Deluxe Studio" which turned out to be a nice living room and kitchen and a separate bedroom. Disappointed at the bed though... a double at best! My son and I looked at each other like that scene in "Planes, Trains and Automobiles"... really? But in the end, it worked out fine.
The other noteworthy benefits? Great access directly to your condo unit from parking which made for easy transport of your gear (no elevator required to lug everything like in the village suites). Also a tennis court which we took advantage of, along with a really nice pool.
The only real negative was the wear and tear on the place. It needs a refresh - especially the fridge in our unit which wasn't working properly. I had to put everything in the freezer, which never froze (was the right temp for the fridge!). Go figure.
If you need a price fighter place to stay in the Blue Mountain area - this one works! Half the price of the comparable unit in the village...

Stayed in accomodation 101 for a weekend getaway with wife and kid. very friendly welcome from the reception and staff were very helpful. the accommodation had fridge dishwasher and microwave oven and stove so you can bring food and drinks with you if you are staying for long as food choices near by are limited unless if you go to collingwood town which is 10 minutes drive from the resort. the cottage style accommodation was nice and spacious and our toddler enjoyed the extra room. The bluemountain resort and village where all the activities are is 2 minutes away by drive and thats where we spent most of the time. we really enjoyed the ridge runner and the gondola ride up the mountains. all in all a fantastic place to stay and everything was very close by.

Room Tip: ask for newer renovated cottages to stay in.

We have stayed here several times. We love the proximity to the hill. The kitchen is nicely stocked for feeding a group of people. The unit is clean and welcoming. We always enjoy a trip to the hot tub!

Are family heads to this resort at least twice a year , workers treat you like gold, property is always kept very clean, rooms are very clean we have been going up there for many years and when we arrive we have never found an ounce of dirt in the rooms GREAT JOB STAFF .Front Desk staff very courteous. The whole adventure is worth the money you pay you will love it swimming outdoor in the winter time great stuff.

Room Tip: bedroom with the loft , mind you it depends on your needs but always try to get a room closest to the mountain base , right in your backyard when you walk out of your room amazing view
