Last year in October my boyfriend and I spent a lovely weekend in a beautiful setting of mountains and forests of Casentino.
Everything was perfect. The owners are very kind and helpful, the apartments are well furnished in a rustic style and the outdoors are well kept.
You can visit the beautiful hermitage of Camaldolesi monks and the shrine of La Verna just a few kms away. Arezzo and Poppi defintely worth a visit. A beautiful and relaxing holiday.
