I stayed here on Friday 13th before moving onto our son's wedding venue on Saturday. Many of our guests booked in here for the weekend.
We spent Friday evening in the Dovecote next door, and the staff in the Premier Inn and the Dovecote gave us their best Scottish attention at all times. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
The hotel is tired, perhaps it was one of the first Premier inn s to be build, but never the less it was spotlessly clean, and secure. I would recommend any traveller to stop off here, as the welcome, service and food are first class for the price.
I actually left an item of clothing, and the staff were so helpful in tracing it and forwarding by post to me.
Some of our party were in the basement, but they did not have any problems with the Burger Bar adjacent. Some people just have to complain about something.
I had a friend who had travelled from abroad, and wanted to go back into Glasgow after the wedding. The staff refunded her last night and helped her with a room in the City. You would not get that elsewhere. thank you all so much for being part of our weekend.More
