We visted on a Sunday evening and were recommended by le Cedre hotel. It was a good choice! The restaurant is lovely, with a rustic interior, a very welcoming Mme and cheerful, friendly customers. It's down a little side street so easy to miss but worth finding. The meal was very reasonably priced and very good quality. The pizzas were excellent, my daughter had good Jambon Frites and my wife a crisp salad. The wine in a picher was good value. We had nice coffees and ices to follow. While we were there, there was a strady stream of locals collecdting take away pizzas, so it's obviously popular! What particularly endeared us to this restaurant was their kindness: my wife accidentally knocked over a glass which smashed and they made no fuss and quickly swept it away. I would strongly recommend it a a nice place to visit while exploring Noyon.
