We stayed at the OCH and thought it was very good value for the money. Especially, the staff was friendly and the place was super clean. Most of the rooms have a good view, too. The rooms are very spacious compared to other similarly priced hotels. The room had a sofa and two desks. Also, the hotel is right across the street from Okaya Station.
The breakfast (included) was very adequate and had freshly-made dishes.
One downside might be the fact that it is on the "quiet" side of town and there aren't many restaurants. We went to the nearby Seiyu store: Excellent, cheap and fresh. You will surely find something good to eat there (ready-made),and the beer from Europe (bottled...Spitfire, etc.) is 150 each or two for 280. Enjoy!More
