Little far away than other hotels from the airport but I choice this hotel because of the brand of Raddisson but very disappointed. the room including bathroom, are seems like budget business hotel with limited space, old bathroom facilities, non brand cheap amenities without raddisson logo, which Raddisson brand should not. check in staff are not really welcoming guest.

This Radisson is clean, beautiful, and comfortable. It has several restaurants, outdoor BBQ in the summer, and a sports bar. The little gift shop had lots of selection; itwas like a miniature "konbini" - convenience store. I enjoyed my stay so much I'm going to stay two nights when I come back through Narita next month!

This is a large hotel, very similar to another we have stayed in previously when over nighting in Tokyo. The room is dated but spacious. A comfy bed. The bathroom is very small and the shower was quite frustrating to operate.
The hotel is just under half an hours drive from the airport, however there is a free shuttle every half hour. I have rated the hotel 4 stars, my husband would only give 3 stars because of the shower.
The staff are really helpful.
