Radisson Hotel Narita

Nice room, bathroom a little small, but this seems the norm in Japan. Beds comfortable. Breakfast in the hotels restaurant was very nice and consisted of Western and Asian style buffet. Free shuttle from the airport which took about 20 minutes. There is also a bus that comes directly to the hotel for transfers to Tokyo and cost us 1400 Yen each which is about $15AU and took about 45 minutes. Ask the staff at the reception desk about this. I would stay here again and would recommend this place to family and friends.

I had a good rate as I booked the room well in advance.
Nice hotel, room was spacious and very clean. We had a good night sleep in a king size bed.
Lovely gardens.
Excellent shuttle service to and from the airport.
Spent the night in the sports bar which has an outside area as well as indoor, free popcorn was a novelty. However they are understaffed in the bar and you have to wait for drinks and food. The bar staff work really hard and need some more staff to deliver a better service.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Room Tip: Service marked down due to the bar not having enough staff. They were rushed off the feet night of t...

Hotel is a bit out of airport and town, but made good with the excellent free bus service.
The rooms are a bit worn and need refurbishing, so if you want to pay a bit more, get a Business Class room.
Book a room with breakfast, Radisson has the absolute best buffet breakfast in Japan.
Staff is very helpful and most has a very good understanding of English.

Stayed 1 night in Radisson Narita as I had business appointments close to Narita airport. Please realize that this is an area was zero to nothing is to undertake. But as an airport hotel it is alright!

check-in went efficiently, staff spoke good English.
the room was modern and efficient designed and no noice issues although close to airport. the bathroom is 'Japanese' style, so a lot of plastic instead of ceramic tiles.

the breakfast was for western means so-so, as choice of food and quality was just average.

We got a great price for our final night in Japan before heading home. The shuttle bus service runs frequently and the staff were pleasant.
The hotel is not great though, really small double bed which "creaked" every time one of us moved. Very plastic bathroom which felt like it had been lifted out of a hospital ward.
Bizarre swimming pool, you have to walk a long way and then when you get there it's dull!
Free wifi in the room though which is a plus point.
