Travelling to Japan with my friend Christina was something we always wanted to do. And heading over to the land of the rising sun was bound to be an adventure of a lifetime. After pulling out of the Narita International Airport we headed to Tokyo. Now we had already shortlisted our top three tourists spots thanks to this awesome site called www.cherryful.com.Its a wonderful site about Japanese, food cultures, and tourist spots. One of the first things on our list was to check out the Tokyo German village because we had heard that the Winter Illumination Display was on.
The entire place and especially the fields were beautifully done up with lights. Besides the lights of course there were so many other captivating sights in the German village. Flamingos in groups were feeding on the islands, there were ducks swimming around. The gingerbread houses had delightful candy decorations.Popping head sized bubbles filled with smoke was such a fun moment that I will always cherish. I soaked in the beauty of Nature as much as I could.
We stopped at Tokyo for a limited time but our sightseeing was well arranged by the hotel where we stayed and oh! yes it was delightful.
