Arrived early from Singapore and reached the Hotel around 10am. We were allowed complimentary early check-in which is unseen in so many other hotels . Rooms were modern and very clean. Breakfast was decent but more variety would be welcomed. The food offerings could possibly be varied as for the 2 days we've stayed in the hotel, they were the same. Situated close (walking distance) to Old Trafford, this would be the most logical and best choice for all United fans who want to visit the stadium. A plus point was that the staff were very warm, welcoming and helpful, knowing it was my family's first visit to Manchester.

Exactly what you expect, right next to Manchester United football ground, good access to the Lowery and Outlet shopping centre, great views over the canal and best of all WONDERFUL staff.

I love staying at these Premier inns, the sound proofing is amazing, the beds comfortable the air conditioning perfect.... what more can I say?

STAY HERE!

Booked the hotel for my partner and I to stay the night before the League One Playoff Final at Old Trafford and was not disappointed, the hotel is so close to Old Trafford and has a big car park which is such a bonus. The check in was excellent and we were made to feel very welcome and didn't feel at all rushed even though the hotel was really busy, I didn't get the lady's name but she was certainly a credit to the hotel. The hotel seemed reasonably new and furnished so much better than the major chain that it competes against and had a boutique feel to it. Our room was spotlessly clean, quite large and very comfortable with a great view of Old Trafford out of the window. We ate dinner in the restaurant and even though they were really busy we didn't feel rushed to move as soon as we had eaten and the meal was very tasty, again very positive feedback about the service and all of the staff seemed very happy in their jobs. As it was Champions League Finals night the hotel had opened up a large conference room with a large screen to enable everyone to watch the match if they wished with plenty of seats for all, again the staff working at the bar who were very busy all night were so courteaous and never looked phased and were always smiling. All in all it was a very successful especially as Peterborough won the league one playoff final and I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
